So why aren’t Democrats winning State legislative control to truly make ‘grassroots’ control a true thing. What is wrong with the State level Democratic stories that Republicans get enough people elected to control States’ legislation?

Well it certainly looks like the Republicans are working HARDer! 2022 and 2024 aren't that far away and if Biden doesn't want his legislation filibustered by McConnell in the Senate for the next four years he's going to have to strengthen the Democrats 'majority' in the House and especially the Senate. There were 70+ million folks willing to have another four years of Trump despite his southern wall paid for by Mexico...NOT; the virus that will just disappear...NOT - 550,000 DEAD citizens and counting; sedition by folks who believed the BIG LIE while Trump watched it on TV and did NOTHING. Stacey Abrams won Georgia (and the Senate) for Biden but margins were pretty slim in too many places there and around the country to sit on laurels and not work HARDER to secure victory again and again in 2022 and 2024.
